Shipment, Return and Exchange
In our campaigns, there are no product returns on Silver Days. If a purchase is made within the scope of the campaign, the specified condition is accepted. Model or size changes can only be made during the campaign. If the purchased product is out of size, it must be exchanged for another product.
Exchange packages received at the end of the campaigns and silver days will be exchanged for different products, unless they are exchanged for the same product, at the price valid on the day of exchange.
There is no product or size separation.
There are no refunds for pre-orders. Exchanges can only be made within stocks.
After the orders are placed in our system, you can make information about the product, size, color, etc. through our communication channels. Your change requests cannot be processed. These requests can only be made after the product reaches the customer.
Orders are shipped within 5 business days after they are entered into the system. This period may be extended during campaign periods.
Gift packages are chargeable.
You can return the unused products in your order with their original packages within 14 days. Returns or exchanges of products with the security strip removed will not be accepted under any circumstances. Products that will be returned or exchanged must reach us within 14 days after receipt. The shipping cost of packages sent for return or exchange belongs to the customer. Packages sent with counterpayment will be automatically returned as they are not accepted systematically. Delays caused by cargo are the responsibility of the sender.
Orders resulting from systematic errors, along with the discounts defined in the campaigns that will occur in the website payment channels, will be canceled and a refund will be made to the consumer. Any stock errors that may occur on the website will be refunded automatically within 5 days after the order is placed.
For returns of free shipments over the limit, a refund will be made by deducting the shipping fee for return orders below the limit.
After the packages sent for exchange are delivered to our company, they will be exchanged and delivered to the cargo within 5 business days.
Refunds are made using the method you purchased, and the transfer of payments to your account after the return depends on the time it takes for your bank to process the transaction. It is not possible to make a refund using any method other than the purchased method. Underwear, swimwear, earrings, pantyhose and other stocking products cannot be exchanged or returned. Clothes must be in perfect condition (unused, unwashed, with inner and outer labels, undamaged, security tape intact, and sent in the original packaging used when the product was sent). If the product or the box it was sent is damaged during the return, the refund will be made by deducting it depending on the damage.
A Simple Way reserves the right to refuse returns outside the time limit if the garments are not in the condition they were sent and/or do not comply with our returns terms. We may delay the refund until the products arrive at our company or you provide proof of return. It is not possible to return personalized products unless they originate from the manufacturer.
The shipping cost of products sent to A Simple Way for return or exchange belongs to the customer. A Simple Way is not responsible for any delays or losses caused by shipping.
For returns and exchanges, please inform us in writing on our WhatsApp line at 0 (536) 866 85 65, along with your order number and name and surname. Packages sent without information will not be processed. If there is a difference in the name of the sender and the person who placed the order, the details should be stated. A note should be added to the package stating that it will be refunded for returns and which product and size it will be replaced with in exchanges.

Since Zorlu Residence deliveries are made through correspondence, they are not delivered to our company simultaneously with the date shown as delivered.
