4. Termination of Contract

This agreement is terminated by the member if he/she cancels his/her membership or  It will remain in effect until membership is canceled by www.asimpleway.co.  www.asimpleway.co may terminate the contract unilaterally by canceling the member's membership if the member violates any provision of the membership agreement.

5. Settlement of disputes

Istanbul Courts and Enforcement Offices are authorized for disputes regarding this agreement.

6. Enforcement

The member's registration for membership means that the member has read all the articles in the membership agreement and accepted the articles in the membership agreement. This Agreement has been concluded and entered into mutual force at the time the member becomes a member.

7. Campaigns

In the first membership campaign, one person can benefit from the campaign once. Otherwise, A Simple Way has the right to cancel orders.
