What is the return and exchange policy?
You can return the unused products in your order with their original packages within 14 days. Returns or exchanges of products with the security strip removed will not be accepted under any circumstances. Products that will be returned or exchanged must reach us within 14 days after receipt. The shipping cost of packages sent for return or exchange belongs to the customer. Packages sent with counterpayment will be automatically returned as they are not accepted systematically.
