There is no product return during our campaigns and Silver Days. If a purchase is made within the scope of the campaign, the specified condition is accepted. Only model or size changes can be made during the campaign period. If the purchased product is out of size, it must be exchanged with another product.
The right to change is limited to a maximum of 2 times.
If the exchange packages that arrive at the end of the campaigns and silver days are not exchanged with the same product, the exchange will be made at the price valid on the day of the exchange in case of exchange for different products.
Different campaigns cannot be combined with each other.
Products are limited to stock.
The product is not separated by size.
There is no return for pre-orders. Exchanges can only be made within stock.
Once the orders are in our system, your requests for product, size, color, etc. changes made through our communication channels cannot be processed. These requests can only be made after the product reaches the customer.
Orders are shipped within 5 business days after they are entered into the system. This period may be extended during campaign periods. Same-day courier option is available except for pre-order products.
With the courier option, your orders within Istanbul will be delivered on the same day until 23:00.
For courier deliveries, returns and exchanges can be made in store.
Gift packages are subject to a fee.
You can return the unused products in your order with their original packaging within 14 days. Returns or exchanges of products with security strips removed will not be accepted under any circumstances. Products to be returned or exchanged must reach us within 14 days of receipt. The shipping fee for packages sent for return and exchange belongs to the customer. Packages sent with cash on delivery will be automatically returned as they are not accepted systematically. Delays due to cargo are the responsibility of the sender.
Orders resulting from system errors will be canceled and refunds will be made to the consumer, along with discounts defined in campaigns that will occur on the website payment channels. Stock errors that may occur on the website will be refunded automatically within 5 days after the order is placed.
For returns of free shipping orders over the limit, refunds will be made by deducting the shipping fee for return orders under the limit.
Packages sent for exchange will be exchanged and delivered to cargo within 5 business days after they are delivered to our company.
Returns are made with the method you purchased, and the transfer of payments to your account after the return depends on the processing time of your bank. It is not possible for us to make a return with a method other than the purchased method. Underwear, swimsuits, earrings, pantyhose and other hosiery products cannot be exchanged or returned. Clothes must be in perfect condition (unused, unwashed, with inside and outside labels, unaltered, security tape not removed, and sent in the original packaging used when the product was sent). In the event of damage to the product or the box it was sent in during the return, the refund will be made by deducting the amount of damage.
A Simple Way reserves the right to reject returns outside of the time limit if the garments are not in the condition they were sent in and/or do not meet our return policy. We may delay the refund until the goods reach us or you provide proof of return. Personalized items cannot be returned unless they are from the manufacturer.
The shipping cost for products returned or exchanged to A Simple Way is the responsibility of the customer. A Simple Way is not responsible for delays or losses caused by shipping.
For returns and exchanges, please provide written information to our WhatsApp line at 0 (536) 866 85 65 with your order number and name and surname. Packages sent without information will not be processed. If there is a difference between the sender name and the person who placed the order, the details must be stated. In case of return, the information that the product and size will be exchanged should be added as a note inside the package.
